Redeeming
Enter the 16-character gift-card code in the Gift Card field at checkout—not in the discount-code field. Any unused balance stays on the same code.

Valid only on wearpump.com, in USD. The balance equals the amount paid.

A gift card is a payment method. Sale prices still apply, and each promotion follows its own terms.
Returns
If a return is approved under PUMP!’s return policy, the amount paid with a gift card is credited back to that gift card. A delivered gift card is not refundable.

A gift card is a payment method, not a discount code. Sale prices still apply. A promotion follows that offer’s own terms, and you can use a discount code and a gift card on the same order.
Pay the difference with another payment method at checkout. Unused balance stays on the same code. The amount left is in the gift-card email, and service@wearpump.com can confirm it.
Products, shipping and tax on wearpump.com. It cannot be used to buy another gift card, and it is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires a small remaining balance to be paid out.
No. PUMP! gift cards do not expire and there are no inactivity fees.
If a return is approved under PUMP!’s return policy, the amount paid with a gift card is credited back to that gift card. Anything paid another way is refunded to that payment method.
Once the gift-card email has been delivered, the gift card itself is not refundable.
Email service@wearpump.com with the order details. PUMP! can reissue the code when the purchase can be verified. Anyone who has the code can redeem it, so keep it private.
