If VAT or duties aren’t applied at checkout, payment may be requested by local authorities upon arrival.

If you are purchasing from Europe, United Kingdom and Chile and DHL contacts you to complete a duty payment, please DO NOT complete any payment and CONTACT US immediately at service@wearpump.com, we will do the necessary arrangements, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees.

You may have to pay an additional shipping cost if your address is considered a remote area by the carrier, we will contact you if this happens.

Return Instructions

Before proceeding with any underwear returns, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
 
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns with damaged packaging, signs of wear, or missing components.
 
Shipping Your Return
Please use a trackable shipping service when sending your return. Once shipped, provide us with the tracking number and the courier name.
 
Cost of Returns & Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, whether requesting a refund or an exchange.
If you request an exchange, you will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.
 
Prepaid Labels & Drop‑Off
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and in‑person drop‑off at the return address is not permitted. All returns must be shipped through a courier service of your choice.
 
Remote Area
If your delivery address is considered a remote area, we may ask you to cover half of the remote-area shipping surcharge.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it if you comply with the return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The request for a return must be made within two weeks (15 days) from the date of receipt of the package.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

Please be advised that, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for thongs.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a quality issue or a fulfillment mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition.

Exchange Limitations

Please note that exchanges can only be processed once per order. If you receive an exchange and wish to replace it again, we will not be able to process a second exchange or return.

Initiating a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above and wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill in our return form here within the two-week return window.
  2. Once we receive the form, our customer support representative will get in contact and guide you through the return process.

Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange as follows:

Refund: The refund will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

We will refund the amount of the product but not the expenses associated with the order such as shipping cost.

Exchange: If you request an exchange for a different item, we will process the exchange promptly. In case the exchange item is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference, in the opposite case, we will refund the difference.
